Breakfast Blend Decaf is as balanced and rich as Breakfast Blend. Carbon Dioxide is used to gently remove caffeinne without sapping the flavor from the bean. Compressed to a liquid state, carbon dioxide -- the compound that we exhale with every breath -- is a natural solvent which grabs caffeinne and pulls it from the bean.

Please note that French Roast is the same price despite the difference in weight. When coffee beans are roasted for our French Roast blend, the beans are roasted longer and expand slighty more, making a bag full of fewer but bigger beans. Enjoy!
